Having frequented this establishment on numerous occasions, I can confidently recommend the Ramen Train Hakata and Platinum Garlic Express as exceptional options. My preferred preparation includes a standard salt base and hard noodles. A single serving per individual is typically sufficient.

Ordered the express ramen their signature, would give the full 5 if not for the pork slice meat bit bland and hard. The soup cooked with pig and fish bones according to them with a little bit of fishy smell makes it unique and good. While the tornado karaage is good as well, chicken meat fried at perfect condition where the meats still soft and juicy. Overall is good and what’s best is can top up another noodle if you feel not enough and it’s free for 1 top up.

physical menu and everything is in chinese, but you have to order using qr so the menu have english there. you can order without meat option and also adjust what to be added in your noodles, got 1 time refill and also free drinking water. not bad, yummy food.

A uniquely place to have your ramen in Kuching. The restaurant's interior design is some like you're dining in a japanese train. The restaurant is not that big or suitable for huge crowd walk-in. Due to the restaurant concept is making you feel like, that you're in a public train. The missing feeling of vibes or having to feel of that Japanese culture is not there to be honest. And the missing part is the radio of the train conductor announcing the arrival the next station. But there are room for improvements coming future for that I believe and hope to see. The food presentation and the food flavours are nice. Especially the 'tomato ramen' is so far my top choice. The menu needs some more 'english'. Too much mandarin (take note), I myself nearly took almost 10mins to choose a dish and unsure which to choose. Owh you can top up 1 more free ramen noodle *for free*! Plz enquire the staff for more info. By the way, the food is not halal. Staff are friendly and smiles always. But the 'front of house team' needs to be ready to check on their customers, especially sitting near the back of the shop. Because we can't find you when we need to request or ask for something. The wait for the dish is moderate. Not that slow, as ramen needs to be prepared differently than kolo mee ya, so never think is the same method guys. Surrounding shop or area are still developing, I will forsee these commercial areas might boom in the coming future.

This is my first time visiting the shop. The atmosphere is nice and clean. I tried their spicy ramen. Upon ordering the food, you can customize the ramen based on your personal preferences. For some people, the broth might be slightly salty, but for me, it was still tolerable. The ramen tasted really good; I loved the texture of the noodles and how flavourful the broth was. You can also taste the char on the pork. The bamboo shoot was also crunchy, and the egg was perfectly boiled. You also can topup 1 free ramen if you want to finish you broth (if you really want). The portion for the special ramen is huge. For someone who loves spicy food, the ramen is actually not that spicy, even though I customised mine to be extra spicy. They also provide extra condiments if you need them. So far, everything has been nice. I would highly recommend this shop if you want to try ramen in Kuching.

First of all, their service was on top. The food and portion was really satisfying. For those looking for non Halal ramen. This probably my fav spot. Im very picky with how my food taste but they give me a really good impression. Will definitely repeat here for ramen. Especially their special tonkotsu ramen. Im hoping they have more choice other than ramen & maybe some fancy drinks ?

I highly recommend this place for one of the best ramens in Kuching. The ramen is delightful, and you have the option to choose the noodle texture and the saltiness of the soup base. The staff is very attentive and provides excellent service.
